Installing a Radon Mitigation System

Erin will:
Determine the age of home & type of foundation in the home.
Then Dave & Doug will:
Create an Active Depressurization System with use of piping, highest-quality Radon fan & caulking. We guarantee the Radon results remain under 4.0 pci/L for the lifetime of the home.
Testing
Stuedemann Radon Resolutions is a family team of licensed Radon Mitigators. Because we mitigate, it is unlawful for us to test in the state of Illinois due to a possible conflict of interest. However, we have established great relationships with the area’s best Radon Testers. Please click HERE to access a list of testers who can help you determine the Radon levels in your home.
Once you have selected a Licensed Radon Tester, they will set up one or more devices in your home for up to 48 hours. The tester will return and check the levels to determine if your levels are below or above the Illinois recommended 4.0 piC/L Radon level.
Although any level of Radon is harmful, the highest recommended Radon level in Illinois is 4.0 pci/L. If your Radon tests above 4.0 pci/L, call us immediately to schedule the installation of a mitigation system. Even if your Radon level is under 4.0 pci/L we can still provide a system that will decrease the level of Radon in your home, making it a safer environment for your family.
